Frank Sabin | CFA
CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER
Frank directs overall investment management for BlueLine. He was previously Partner and Portfolio Manager of Weyland Capital Management, responsible for the research, implementation and management of the firm’s portfolios. Prior to Weyland, he was the Investment Officer for Southern Methodist University’s billion dollar endowment. Frank began his career at Russell Investments as a Research Analyst on the firm’s well regarded strategy research team.

Jennifer Young
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Jenn helps manage overall operations for BlueLine. Prior to joining the firm, she was an Analyst at Tudor Investments covering industrials and chemical companies. Previously, Jenn was the operations manager of a family business, and began her career as an environmental engineer at EarthTech Consulting specializing in environmental remediation. Jenn is active in the community and volunteers as Treasurer of the Exeter Youth Soccer Association.

Bruce Dresner | CFA
SENIOR ADVISOR
Bruce is active in helping set the overall investment strategy for BlueLine. He also advises the firm on its corporate and strategic direction. Bruce was previously the Chief Investment Officer for both the endowments of Dartmouth College and Columbia University, and has held senior investment positions at BlackRock and Quellos Group. He serves as an active Board Member and Trustee of a number of corporations and non-profits, and currently Chairs the Investment Committee of Western Connecticut Health Network, a group of three hospitals with over $1 billion in investable assets.

Matt helps set overall investment strategy for BlueLine. With a corporate career spanning over 25 years in capital markets, Matt has a wealth of experience creating financial and risk management solutions for companies of all sizes, across a variety of industries in the U.S. and overseas. Matt has held a number of senior positions with major financial institutions, including Executive Co-Head of Global Markets for Bank of Ireland, Head of Global Markets at American Express Bank. He started his career with Solomon Brothers in their mortgaged backed securities group.

Eric directs client relations, marketing, and sales for BlueLine. He was previously a Partner of GIA Investment Advisors, where he was responsible for the management of the firm’s clients and overall marketing efforts. With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, he is able to provide clients and prospects with comprehensive solutions.
